What is your exchange policy?

- Customer responsible for shipping cost of any items to be returned.

-We will cover the shipping back to the customer for any exchange of product

- We accept unworn regular priced merchandise in the original condition within 14 days from the date your package was delivered.

-We issue store credit or exchange for all regular priced products.

-  Any discounted or sale merchandise is final sale

- Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

-JEMS has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet above guidelines.

How do I start an exchange?
- To request a return: email info@jemsboutique.ca with order number and SKU of item you are looking to return.

 

How long will it take to be refunded an online credit?

- Exchanges or Store Credits can be requested within 14 days of your order being shipped.

- Your credit will be issued within 7 business days after the return has been processed. 

- You will be notified via email when we receive the return and when the transaction is complete.

How do I exchange an item?

- Online orders will receive a discount code within 7 days of return being processed to use towards next order.

-Local pickup or in store purchases can email info@jemsboutique.ca and arrange a time to do an exchange over phone or in-store.

 Can I receive cash back?

- Returns will be issued in the form of a store credit or exchange only.
